The Session Experience
Journey set sail!
Before we begin our journey, let's sit down and have a cup of coffee. Our studio is based in a house, your furry friend will have a great time playing in the pet-friendly courtyard, and our gentle Manager Enki (the black Great Dane on our homepage) will be a good friend. We will discuss style, design, lighting, scenes, and the ideal image you have in mind.
Once your pet is comfortable in the environment, we will coordinate high-quality outfits and accessories from our studio based on your pet's characteristics and size. Then it's time for the exciting photo shoot, enjoying happy moments with your furry friend.
To ensure that you and your pet have the best experience, we only accept a maximum of two clients per day.
For elderly pets, we also provide emergency photo shoot services at no additional charge.

Next, we will embark on a delightful photo journey together. We will spend around 1-2 hours capturing the unique and adorable moments of your furry friend. Whether it's a playful jump or a tender cuddle, we will immortalize them for you. During the shoot, we welcome you and your family to join the fun and create precious memories together.
After the shoot, we will schedule a personal appointment for you to view and select your favorite photos and art products. We offer a variety of high-quality options at different price ranges. Our team will guide you through the selection process and help you find the perfect pieces to showcase your pet's beauty.

Time to harvest!
We will sit down for a cup of tea in our showroom on another day to admire the wonderful images we created together. If you have enough time on the day of the shoot, you can browse through the unedited photos at the studio, select your favorites, and place an order. To ensure that your choices are most suitable for your home decor and needs, we will ask for photos and dimensions of the space where you plan to display the art.
When you choose your photos and products, we will provide professional advice and opinions. We will then delicately process the images and design unique artwork for you. As a special gift, all digital photos used in the products will be presented to you.
Product design and customization typically take 30 days, depending on the product and personalization requirements.
You can choose to pick up your order or have it delivered to your address.

Does my pet need to be well-trained?
Of course not! My camera is fast enough to capture every moment of your pet, so your pet does not need to be fully trained. Instead, I prefer to capture the natural expressions and emotions of your furry friends, rather than posing them unnaturally. All we need is your active and patient cooperation as the primary caregiver or owner of your pet, which will be a joyful and memorable experience. We believe you and your pet will have a great time, so let's capture these beautiful moments together!

Can I choose an outdoor photography? Where will it take place?
I'm sorry but currently, we don't offer outdoor shooting services. We are only focused on indoor studio photography at this stage. Our shooting location is our studio which is equipped with professional equipment and lighting. Our studio is based in a house in Denman Prospect, Canberra.

How much will I spend?
The cost depends on what products you choose, and there is no minimum spending requirement. Although each session is a unique journey, our customers typically spend between $675-$3500. Our digital photo package starts at $50, while art products such as wall art, print & frame start at $148. Photo books start at $520 because they require at least 30 photos. All high-resolution digital photos used in the products will be presented to you as gifts. Our prices not only include the value of the products themselves, but also our careful shooting, professional post-processing, art design, experience, skills, and time. Can I appear in the photos?
Of course! We welcome you and your family to appear in the photos, and there's no need to be nervous, we will make everything easy and enjoyable. Trust me, I used to be a professional fashion and portrait photographer!

What do I need to prepare in advance?
You just need to prepare your pet, and if they require specific food, you can bring some food and water for them. In our studio, we have hundreds of different costumes and props for you to choose from. If you have any specific props or costumes that you love, you can also bring them along for use during the shoot.

Do I need to make payment in advance?
You will need to pay a $185 booking fee when you make a reservation to secure your booking and shooting time. This fee only includes the service and shooting fees during the session, and sometimes, our promotional activities may offer you additional product credits at the time of session booking. The cost of digital photo packages and other products will be paid during the Purchase Session after the shoot, and the cost depends on what type of art product you want to create.
